Once a plan starts, changes go through a simple request process — email me, and it’s logged and actioned within the tier’s response window.

Plans run month to month — cancel with the notice period in the refund policy, no long lock-in contract.

What counts as a "small content edit"?

Text changes, image swaps, updating prices or hours, small layout tweaks — not a new page or a redesign. If a request is bigger than that, I’ll say so and quote it separately.

What happens if I go over my monthly allowance?

Anything extra is quoted at a fair, transparent rate before I do it — never billed as a surprise afterward.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, month to month. See the cancellation terms on /legal/refund/.

Do you build the site too, or only maintain it?

Both — most Care Plan clients had their site built here, but I’ll also take on an existing site built elsewhere after a short review.
