What this page covers

This is a plain explanation of every cookie and piece of browser storage this site actually uses. If it isn't listed here, this site doesn't use it.

How your choice works

When you first visit, a banner asks whether to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Nothing beyond strictly essential cookies is set until you actively choose "Accept" (either the banner button or via "Manage preferences"). No box is pre-ticked, Accept and Reject are given equal visual weight, and you can change your choice at any time using "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

Analytics (only with your consent)

Google Analytics 4 (e.g. _ga, _ga_*)Understand which pages are used, in aggregate — never used to identify you personallyUp to 2 yearsGoogle, only after you accept

Google Analytics 4 runs with Google's Consent Mode: analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization are all set to denied by default, and the Analytics script itself is not loaded into the page at all until you accept. This site does not use Google Analytics for advertising, and no ad-related cookies are ever set.

Rejecting or withdrawing consent

Choosing "Reject," or later switching Analytics off in "Manage preferences," stops Google Analytics from loading or setting any cookie going forward. It doesn't retroactively delete data already collected under an earlier consent, but no new data is collected after you withdraw.

No other tracking

This site doesn't use advertising cookies, third-party marketing pixels, session-recording tools, or cross-site tracking of any kind.

Manage cookie preferences

Essential

Required for the site to function — the cart, checkout, and your cookie choice itself. These can’t be switched off.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4, so I can see which pages get used. Nothing loads until you switch this on.
